For over 30 years, we’ve mentored youth & entrepreneurs—equipping them with the confidence and skills to turn ideas into real, purpose-driven businesses or advance their careers. When Raf and I decided it was time to create tam.™ (which stands for Teen Accelerator Model), we knew our mission wasn’t just to teach teens how to turn an idea into a business by developing value-driven offerings. It was about cultivating self-reliance and showing young people how to build, adapt, and thrive in any environment– to be example leaders guided by solid principles. Today, we continue mentoring high school students in our local school district and community, as well as small business owners and entrepreneurs across the country.
