1. Grant Permission

Copy Content: I hereby authorize tam.™ (by Brandmerce) The High School for Startup Founders (“School”) to reproduce, publish, and otherwise use my written testimonial (“Content”)—including my name and any biographical details I have provided—in whole or in part, in all media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, for educational, promotional, and fundraising purposes. Video: I authorize tam. (by Brandmerce) The High School for Startup Founders (“School”) to film, record, edit, reproduce, publish, and otherwise use my spoken words, image, likeness, and voice (“Footage”) in any medium now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, for educational, promotional, and fundraising purposes.

2. Rights Licensed

I grant the School a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, irrevocable license to use, adapt, excerpt, translate, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from the Content without further notice or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

The School will not share my contact details with third‑party advertisers without obtaining separate written consent and will handle personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. Video: The School will store raw and edited Footage securely and will not sell or transfer it to third‑party advertisers without separate written consent, in line with its privacy policy.

4. No Compensation

I acknowledge that I will receive no monetary compensation for this contribution and that my participation is voluntary.

5. Release & Waiver

I release and hold harmless the School, its officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Content, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

6. Revocation

I may revoke this consent by delivering written notice to hello@brandmerce.com. Revocation applies prospectively; materials already published may remain in circulation but will be removed from active School platforms within 30 days.
