PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: April 27, 2025

Teen Accelerator Model (“TAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand product of Brandmerce LLC and is based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. We provide:

 

    • A 7-week hybrid cohort for high-school students

    • A forthcoming private high school and on-site accelerator in Northeast Florida

    • A venture fund that may invest in student-founded companies

    • Websites, portals, and mobile experiences (collectively, the “Services”)

Your continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of this Policy. We may update it at any time; changes take effect when posted.

 

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
    Educational Records – attendance, coursework, grades, project artifacts
    Personal Identifiers – name, birth date, parent or guardian contact details
    Financial Data – tuition invoices, third-party financial-aid transactions, SAFE notes for venture investments
    Usage Data – log files, cookies, analytics events, device IDs
    We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13 without verified parental consent.

    • Deliver educational programming, venture curriculum, and mentoring
    • Process tuition, financial-aid payments, and equity investments
    • Provide personalized guidance and faith-based insights
    • Improve the Services and conduct accredited research
    • Comply with legal obligations and protect community integrity
  2. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION  Accrediting Agencies and State Regulators – private-school compliance
    Investors in the TAM Fund – limited-partner reporting (aggregated where possible)
    Service Providers – LMS hosting, payment processors, background checks
    Others With Consent – demo-day livestreams, press, portfolio introductions
    We do not sell student data.
  3. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
    Parents or students 18+ may access, correct, or request deletion of records (subject to FERPA requirements); opt-out of non-essential cookies and marketing; and withdraw consent at any time.
  4. SECURITY
    We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. No system is 100 percent secure; you use the Services at your own risk.
  5. DATA RETENTION
    Academic records are kept for seven (7) years after a student leaves TAM, or longer if required by law. Investor records follow SEC/FINRA rules.
  6. CROSS-BORDER AND MULTI-STATE OPERATIONS
    TAM currently operates in Florida and intends to expand nationwide. State-specific addenda will be provided as new programs launch.

Parental Access, Oversight & Safety Policy

To ensure full transparency and the safety of all minors enrolled in the tam.™ Teen Accelerator Model, the following policies are in place and agreed to upon registration:

1. Parental Access to Program Content

Parents and legal guardians will have full access to all educational content, including modules, lessons, and materials delivered throughout the program. This includes access to digital resources used for instruction, assignments, and practice activities.

2. Monitoring of Mentor Interactions

All mentor-led coaching sessions—whether in-person, remote group calls, or one-on-one video calls—will be recorded for quality assurance, training, and safety purposes. These recordings may be reviewed by the parent or guardian upon written request. Recordings are securely stored and used solely for internal program accountability and parental review.

3. Parental Consent for External Engagements

No business introductions, networking opportunities, or professional collaborations (including experiential field training or external activities) will be initiated or pursued without prior written approval from the parent or legal guardian. This includes introductions to business contacts, investors, or industry professionals.

4. Location of In-Person Activities

For the safety of participants, all in-person training sessions, mentor meetings, and experiential learning activities will take place in public locations within or around the communities of Nocatee and Ponte Vedra, Florida. Specific locations will be shared with parents upon enrollment and ahead of any scheduled activity.

5. Parent Communication & Updates

Parents will receive regular updates on their child’s progress and activities within the program. Open communication between parents and the tam.™ team is strongly encouraged to ensure a supportive and transparent learning environment.
